6. DATA RETENTION
The exception to the above being complying with our legal and contractual obligations such as tax and accounting, for example, where we are required by law to keep a record of all student invoices raised for courses attended with the School, for a period of seven years.
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information such as student records and contracts for a period of 6 years.
